Luchmee held the position as Senior Finance Manager and served as Director, from 2008 to 2023, for several GBCs which form part of a multi-national holding company structure in Mauritius. She has a proven track record for work performed on financial projects including financial reporting, analysis, book-keeping, management accounting, auditing and compliance.

Prior to 2008, she developed extensive accounting and auditing skills while working at a listed investment holding and property development company and a Big-4 audit firm respectively. Luchmee has also completed a comprehensive training program on AML/CFT laws and regulations.
