Sandeep Fakun is a Fellow of the Chartered and Certified Accountants of UK (FCCA) and a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners of UK (STEP). He is also a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors and the MIPA [ Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants]. He also holds a Certificate in Business Valuations issued by Ordres des Experts Comptable & ACCA.

He started his career in the Public Sector and then moved to a big-4 audit firm, where for 8 years he worked on several audit and consultancy assignments for companies ranging from manufacturing, distribution, agricultural, banking and insurance.

Prior to joining the Cim Group [ listed] in December 2008 as Senior Manager, Sandeep has worked as consultant for Multiconsult Ltd and as “Director - Trust and Company Administration” for Dale International Trust Company Ltd (ex-Simcocks Trust), where he was extensively involved in the structuring, setting-up and administration of Trusts and Global Business entities. In these capacities, he acted as director on the board of several client companies.

Sandeep held the position as Senior Manager, Client Director and lately as Director – Client Management at IQEQ (Ex- Cim Global Business) until mid-2021. In 2021, he started his entrepreneurial venture by establishing SilverFin Consulting Ltd and this exercise was completed in December 2021, after having received all the required approvals / licenses. SilverFin Consulting Ltd is now fully operational.
